Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business operations and client relationships. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to the renewal process to ensure the best possible solutions are delivered to clients in a high-quality and timely manner.
- Supporting business activity, such as handling new business applications, compiling information for the business to submit high-quality and accurate Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, and processing certificates of insurance.
- Collaborating with team members to improve overall workflow processes and achieve goals by adhering to efficiency/productivity and process standards.
- Nurturing relationships with your buyer in the client organization as well as with the day-to-day client representatives.
- Conducting periodic audits to ensure your compliance with standards and service levels.
- Maintaining accurate client and policy data and documents within your arenaflex systems.
- Utilizing arenaflex's technology to improve your productivity and quality.
- Effectively balancing multiple competing priorities.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- A minimum of 1+ years directly equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Basic math skills.
Nice to Have
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- An associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience.
- Previous experience handling client relationships.
U.S. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older or demonstrate the legal capacity to enter a contract.
