Job Summary
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients' customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll work from home, using your own PC and high-speed internet service, and will be required to have a quiet, distraction-free workspace. We're looking for someone who is computer/Internet savvy, comfortable operating in several applications simultaneously, and has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED
- One year of customer service experience (preferably in a call center or customer support role)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
- Ability to pass a typing test as part of the application process
- Reliable high-speed internet service and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
- A telephone, landline or cell, is required based on the position offered
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a call center or customer support role
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experience with ticketing software
- Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems
- Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
- Certification in customer service or a related field
Skills and Competencies
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
