Job Summary

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Personal Assistant to join our team. As a Part-Time Personal Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, managing schedules, and handling various tasks and projects. Key Responsibilities

* Manage schedules and appointments for team members

  • Handle various tasks and projects, including data entry, research, and communication
  • Provide administrative support to team members, including email management, phone calls, and document preparation
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives, including event planning and coordination
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a remote or flexible work environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or flexible work environment

  • Certification in a relevant field, such as administrative assistance or project management
  • Experience with project management software, such as Asana or Trello
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and online communication tools
