Job Summary

As a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner, and collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer service. Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information through live chat communication

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
  • Assist with order processing, account management, and general inquiries
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless customer service
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies
  • Adhere to company guidelines and procedures for customer interactions

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be based in San Antonio, Texas
  • Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection
