Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our call center team in Florida. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to individuals and families seeking access to healthcare services. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting individuals and families gain access to healthcare services
- Reviewing and determining eligibility and enrollment on assigned workload
- Providing quality customer service and support
- Maintaining confidentiality of personal health information
- Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of two years' experience in the healthcare industry
- Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of personal health information
- Bilingual skills in Spanish or Creole (strongly preferred)
- Associates degree (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Minimum of one year eligibility experience
- Understanding of FL Medicaid programs
- Experience working in a call center environment
