Job Description

As a part-time Customer Service/Sales Representative working from home, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for delivering world-class customer experiences and driving sales growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Guiding customers through their orders and processing them efficiently using cutting-edge technology
  • Communicating with positive, friendly customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Helping customers navigate their accounts and resolving any queries or issues
  • Providing knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability
  • Collaborating with internal departments to meet customer needs
  • Resolving product returns, shipping inquiries, and order status questions
  • Submitting quotes for high-quantity orders and custom items

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2+ years of customer service experience; sales experience a plus
  • Bilingual a plus but not required
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong product knowledge and technical skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
