We're currently seeking an experienced Freelance Customer Experience Strategist to join our team on a part-time basis through early 2025. This role will require approximately 8-20 hours per week (average of about 15 hours per week) and is starting immediately. What You'll Be Working On

As a Freelance Customer Experience Strategist at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the development of our communications plans, ensuring that our creative assets are aligned with our brand's values and best practices. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the development of communications plans that drive engagement and conversion
• Developing channel briefs for social and digital creative to fulfill media plans, ensuring that our messaging is consistent and effective across all platforms
• Reviewing creative assets to ensure alignment with our brand's values and platform best practices
• Creating and managing omnichannel asset ecosystems, mapping creative assets to audiences across the customer journey
• Consulting on and contributing to briefs for various digital marketing channels, including social media, digital display, website, email, app engagement, and more

How You'll Excel In Your Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and expertise. Here are some of the key qualifications and characteristics we're looking for:

• 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing and/or social media strategy, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing campaigns that drive real results
• Familiarity with the basic principles of brand building and measurement, including brand trackers, audience segmentation, category dynamics, principles of growth, and more
• Availability for meetings in the PST timezone, with the ability to contribute independently to our team's requirements without requiring a lot of oversight or training
• A clear, competent, and confidence-inspiring communication style, with the ability to effectively collaborate with our team and stakeholders
• Experience with channels beyond social media, including digital display, website, email, app engagement, and more
