As a Fraud Customer Support Senior Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling routine customer fraud inquiries using critical thinking skills to address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a Fraud Customer Support Senior Specialist, you'll need:

  • General PC troubleshooting and navigation skills, with experience in Microsoft Office and other arenaflex systems.
