Job Description

As an experienced Sales Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving sales and revenue growth through our chat-based sales platform. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers via chat, encouraging them to place orders and closing sales directly on the chat. You'll also be responsible for adding leads to your account, which will be assigned to a sales manager for follow-up via phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

* Advertise and sell shipping containers using our software

• Engage with customers via chat, building rapport and encouraging them to place orders
• Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our company's system
• Add leads to your account, which will be assigned to a sales manager for follow-up via phone calls
• Participate in daily training sessions to improve your skills and knowledge
• Join a Q&A group and work with mentors to achieve your goals

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in a chat-based sales environment

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
