As an Experienced Customer Service Agent – Ecommerce Support Specialist, you'll be working with our team of Amazon experts to provide top-notch support to our clients across various ecommerce platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, and Ebay. Job Summary: Are you a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service? Do you have experience working with Amazon and ecommerce platforms? If so, we'd love to hear from you! As an Experienced Customer Service Agent – Ecommerce Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing white glove service to our clients, creating and repurposing content for Amazon Posts, and assisting with analytics and data downloads. You'll be working closely with our team of customer experience agents to ensure seamless communication and efficient handoffs between team members.
