Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing best-in-class customer service to our clients, including students and alumni. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and text communications in a professional and timely manner
• Utilizing our CRM system to track customer interactions and resolve technical inquiries
• Providing clear and concise verbal and written communications to customers, including updates on their educational obligations
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and demographic information
• Adhering to all federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies
• Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals

Training and Development

As a new hire, you will participate in a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. Our training schedule includes:

• Two weeks of training, Monday through Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm CST
• Ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure you stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Education and Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, you must have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of experience in a customer service or related role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
