As a remote customer service representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

What You'll Need for Success
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school degree or equivalent
- Intermediate Excel and Word experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
- Must pass relevant arenaflex and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
- Previous customer service or member-facing experience
- Previous banking or Credit Union experience
- Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
