What You'll Do

As an experienced customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex passengers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving their travel-related concerns
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless customer service experiences
  • Processing transactions, including reservations, payments, and refunds
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with arenaflex's policies and procedures
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements to ensure arenaflex's compliance

Key Responsibilities

* Complete daily tasks related to customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service experiences
  • Assist with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and accounting standard ledger balancing
  • Work on assigned cases and projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Follow and maintain guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and federal banking laws
  • Process mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other transactions, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff exams
  • Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
  • Log, review, and make necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns
  • Process Stop Pays and Check Batching
  • Complete daily balancing and department closing
  • Obtain information from customers for timely and accurate processing of international and domestic wire transfer requests
  • Research and verify incoming and outgoing wire transfer information
  • Communicate with vendors to process wire transfers
  • Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming wire transfer regulations
  • Deposit check returns, review member draft changes, process member exams, verify customers for outgoing wire transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing wire transfers
  • Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and court fees

All You'll Need for Success

Minimum Qualifications

* High school degree or GED

  • Intermediate Excel and Word experience
  • Ability to work prolonged hours in aid of business needs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations and review data
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits under high volume pressure
  • Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department
  • Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and customers
  • Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
  • Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and ability for attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer/member service experience

  • Previous banking or Credit Union experience
  • Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

* Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) through both work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the software

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations and review data
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits under high volume pressure
  • Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department
  • Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and customers
  • Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
  • Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and ability for attention to detail
