Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative for Email, Chat, and Voice Support, your day-to-day role will consist of:
- Supporting customers via email, chat, and phone: Provide technical assistance and resolve inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that every customer interaction leaves them feeling valued and understood.
- Guiding customers through questions about arenaflex products, systems, and processes: Offer transparent and empathetic support to customers, helping them navigate complex information and empowering them to make informed decisions.
- Troubleshooting issues related to the website, app, and in-car software: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and provide clear, concise solutions to customers.
- Collaborating with external teams to resolve customer issues: Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring that every interaction is seamless and efficient.
- Maintaining strict adherence to the assigned schedule: Manage high-volume inbound calls and maintain a high level of productivity, ensuring that every customer receives exceptional support.
- Providing clear and empathetic communication: Communicate effectively with customers, especially in conflict situations, to resolve issues and build trust.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
At least 18 years or older

High School Diploma or equivalent

Able to successfully pass a criminal background check

Able to work a full-time work week of 32-40 hours, with overtime opportunities as needed

Able to maintain 100% strict adherence to the assigned schedule
*
Strong computer knowledge, including ability to accurately type at least 30 wpm
*
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
*
High level of expertise with spelling, grammar, and punctuation
*
Courteous and friendly with high level of professionalism
*
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
* Strong time management and able to multitask applications while talking to customers on the phone *
1-3 years of customer support and technical support call center experience
