Your Responsibilities
As a German-speaking Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our SEO clients and partners. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving concerns, and representing arenaflex and our SEO product with professionalism and enthusiasm.
* Managing the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations, and changes, as well as distributing off-site work.
* Assigning SEO tasks to our fulfillment department, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
* Collaborating with our team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring we're always delivering the best possible experience for our clients.
What We Expect from You
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* At least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
* Fluency in spoken and written German, with excellent communication skills to effectively engage with our clients.
* Good English skills for internal communication, as you'll be working closely with our team.
* Proficiency in using standard Google tools, such as Drive, Sheets, and Docs.
* Excellent online communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively express your thoughts.
* Creative and logical thinking, with the ability to work within time and quality standards.
* Strong conflict resolution skills to handle situations where clients are dissatisfied.
Working Hours and Environment
As a remote contractor, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection. Our working hours are:
* 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM (CEST), Monday to Friday
* No work on weekends or holidays
