Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Business Intelligence and Data Science

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our data analytics team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and present findings to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to various data sets to empower informed business decisions

• Gain understanding into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from multiple sources
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement
• Communicate results to a wide range of audiences, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to the board
• Regularly utilize data, statistical and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and fact-based management to drive navigation
• Guide less ranking staff and work in cross-functional projects and initiatives
• Present to the board and senior leadership on key findings and recommendations

Essential Qualifications:

* Four-year degree in data systems, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline, such as science, engineering, operations research, economics, or finance

• Five (3) years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business reasoning, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis
• Proficient in analysis software and applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry

• Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical analysis; clear data analysis
• Microsoft Power BI
• Microsoft Power Apps
• Alteryx
• Python/R
• Automation
• Financial Information
• Basic Accounting Information
• Proficient in analysis software and applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
