Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Part-time Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team, working on a 3-4 month contract with the potential to extend or lead to a permanent position. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering client data into our internal and external systems, ensuring the integrity and security of our clients' information. Key Responsibilities
* Enter client data into internal and external systems with high precision and accuracy
- Load client employee payroll information and personal employee information in a timely and accurate manner into databases
- Update client or company level information changes, such as delivery address changes, contact information updates, and State Unemployment Insurance rate changes
- Maintain accurate account information and ensure the integrity of client taxes
- Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional results and meet client expectations
Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of Data Entry experience
- Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 year of Microsoft Excel experience
- Experience with data management software and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Compensation and Benefits
* Hourly pay rate: $16 to $21 based on experience
