Job Overview:
As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. You will work in a designated retail location, assisting customers with their orders, processing returns, and preparing packages for delivery. You will be the ambassador of arenaflex, representing our brand and values to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare packages for delivery
- Assist customers with questions and concerns, providing solutions and resolving issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards
- Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site
- Use technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
- Receive truck deliveries and manage inventory
- Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week

Our Locker+ locations are in comfortable, climate-controlled environments.
Noise level:
Sound levels are minimal, similar to what you'd expect in a grocery store.
Dress code:
Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required, and protective safety footwear are required in select business units.
