What You Will Do
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing accurate and personalized communication to our users through live chat, email, and social media in a timely manner. You will stay updated on the latest developments in the video and streaming world, enabling you to provide expert solutions to our customers. Your contributions will also help drive meaningful improvements to the customer experience through experimentation efforts across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide accurate and personalized communication to arenaflex users through live chat, email, and social media in a timely manner
- Stay updated on the video and streaming world to provide expert solutions to our customers
- Contribute to ongoing learning and team success by participating in experimentation efforts that drive meaningful improvements to the customer experience
- Be an advocate of arenaflex and share product knowledge with customers to foster engagement and loyalty to our product
- Pass customer feedback onto the product or sales team to improve arenaflex's offerings
What We Look For
We're looking for a talented individual with a passion for customer support and a keen interest in video streaming. If you have the following qualifications and skills, we'd love to hear from you:
- Experience in streaming with arenaflex
- Understanding of how to go live to an RTMP or sites such as Facebook, X, Instagram, or Twitch
- Experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on providing outstanding customer support experiences
- Proficient in both verbal and written English language (an additional language such as Portuguese, Spanish, French, or German would be a plus)
- Experience using a Help Desk platform, such as Intercom, Zendesk, Freshworks, etc.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple client conversations simultaneously
- Resourcefulness, flexibility, and a willingness to hold yourself accountable
- Availability to work assigned shift rotations as needed
- Work shift: 5 PM - 2 AM UTC; Days off - Monday and Tuesday
