Job Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Associate at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our client's operations by providing document review and data entry services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Capturing and validating complex data, often requiring attention to detail and analytical skills
- Providing production services to business operations by performing processing tasks such as data entry, document processing, scanning, or similar activities
- Receiving documents from both electronic and hard copy formats for processing
- Processing documents by following internal processes and identifying any gaps in required information
- Identifying documents and their purpose to create a database of information
- Following up with customers for additional information or documentation as needed
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of queries
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent level of education
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Proficiency in typing, with a minimum speed of 30 WPM (words per minute) on a computer
- Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
