Responsibilities
As a Homeowner's Insurance Customer Service Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our insurance provider clients and their customers
- Handling a high volume of calls, emails, and letters in a timely and efficient manner
- Documenting all client communication across multiple platforms
- Serving as the primary point of contact for our clients and their customers
- Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide innovative solutions
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call-center environment
- Prior experience in the insurance industry (agent license a plus!)
- Ability to work remotely and independently
- Demonstrated communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we're looking for candidates with:
- 4+ years of insurance experience
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills
- An Associate's Degree or higher
