Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and self-motivated Live Chat Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional live chat support to our customers, addressing their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional live chat support to customers, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. - Utilize your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and concerns. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including chat logs and issue resolutions. - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your knowledge and skills. - Work closely with the customer support team to share best practices and improve overall support quality.

Essential Qualifications

- 1+ year of experience in a live chat customer support role, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer support tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. - Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a shipping or logistics industry. - Knowledge of shipping containers and related products. - Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools. - Certification in customer service or a related field. - Fluency in multiple languages.

Compensation and Benefits

- Base salary of $500 per month. - 5% commission on each sale, with an average commission of $20-$30 per container sold. - Paid twice per month via Wise or Payoneer. - Contract provided. - Paid Sick Days, Paid Days Off, and Holidays, including Christmas, Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, New Year's Day, and New Year's Eve. - Cool company incentives and rewards.
