Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling both incoming and outgoing calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, tracking customer interactions, and following all guidelines, rules, and policies. This is a remote work opportunity, and you'll be working from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle both incoming and outgoing calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including system documentation and necessary logs
• Review, quality control, and accuracy of information to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Track customer interactions, including system documentation and necessary logs
• Perform basic office work as needed, including data entry and administrative tasks
• Follow all guidelines, rules, and policies for both arenaflex and our clients

Qualifications

* Call center work experience is preferred, but not required

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• High integrity and professionalism, with the ability to maintain a customer service demeanor in all situations
• Self-managed and focused, with the ability to maintain high levels of productivity in a work-from-home environment
• Ability to follow all rules, guidelines, policies, and procedures in all situations
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently

Working from Home Requirements

* You must reside within 100 miles of 2805 Clarksville Street, Paris, TX 75426

• You must have the ability to pick up all equipment at the office location as needed and required within appropriate time frames
• You must have a personal mobile device
• You must have a high-speed internet connection with the ability to connect to your Secured Assist assigned system utilizing a connection/ethernet cable
• Your download speed should be higher than the 25 Mbps standard, ranging anywhere from 100 to 1,000 Mbps

Salary and Benefits

* $17.29 per hour + health and welfare benefit of $4.57 per hour
