Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with product inquiries, order issues, and returns via phone, email, and chat.
  • Offering knowledgeable advice on pet care, products, and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolving customer complaints promptly and efficiently, maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.

Qualifications
