Responsibilities
As a Retail Customer Service Representative II, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Processing complex orders with 100% accuracy from intake to filing
- Ensuring our customer management system is up-to-date and accurate
- Clarifying, diagnosing, and resolving customer order issues
- Scheduling appointments with homeowners and delivering exceptional customer service
- Creating packets or other materials as required for sales fulfillment process
- Handling permits and inspections with precision and attention to detail
- Preparing customer correspondence and communicating effectively with internal teams
- Identifying opportunities to improve our level of service and implementing changes
- Communicating order fulfillment process information to internal delivery partners and providing customer/delivery partner feedback
- Administering programs, such as our customer referral program
- Training others in office and customer service processes
- Creating purchase orders, processing payments, and processing receipts as needed
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, plus 2-4 years of work experience, including order processing work
- Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and general computer skills
- Strong phone etiquette and verbal skills to facilitate problem resolution
- Intermediate writing skills to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams
- The ability to determine customer needs and assist in resolving issues for assigned areas
Nice-to-Haves

- Experience working in a hybrid model or remote environment
- Familiarity with customer management systems and software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
