Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through:
- Providing active listening and support documentation maintenance to ensure timely and effective issue resolution
- Working with confidential customer information to provide recommendations for product and process improvement
- Resolving issues on the first call and ensuring timely follow-up on open customer issues
- Handling and responding to all customer inquiries with care and attention to detail
- Assisting existing clients with account management, billing issues, and product applications

- Average handling time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
