Experienced Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative – Retail and E-commerce Support

The Opportunity
As a Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering inbound customer calls and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing exceptional customer service, personalizing the experience for each caller
- Offering additional products and services to customers, increasing average order value and customer satisfaction
- Analyzing account data, confirming refunds, taking payments, and placing orders as needed
- Collaborating with colleagues and leaders to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- To reside in one of the approved counties in Ohio, Indiana, or Kentucky (see below for specific counties)
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
- Proficiency in multiple systems and screens
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating system and Microsoft Office
- Ability to troubleshoot own technical problems and collaborate with IT when needed
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
Approved Counties
To be eligible for this role, you must reside in one of the following counties:
- Indiana: Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Jefferson, Ohio, Ripley, or Switzerland County
- Kentucky: Bath, Boone, Boyd, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Fleming, Gallatin, Grant, Greenup, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Montgomery, Owen, Pendleton, Robertson, or Rowan County
- Ohio: Brown, Butler, Clark, Clinton, Clermont, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Highland, Licking, Madison, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Preble, Union, or Warren County
Compensation and Benefits
* Starting rate: $15.00/hour
- $1.00/hour additional for any hours worked 6pm-6am
- $1.00 for every hour worked 12:00am Saturday -11:59pm on Sunday
- Comprehensive Total Rewards package, including competitive compensation, health care benefits, 401(k), paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more
Training Schedule
* 8 weeks: Monday – Friday
- 8:00 am – 2:00 pm ET or 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm ET
Work Schedule
* Work a set part-time schedule: 20 hours per week
- Work schedules are not Monday – Friday
- 5-day work schedules, working 4-hour set shifts
- Set schedule will include one weekend day and one weekday off
System Requirements
* Self-provided computer or laptop with a Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old
- Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications (arenaflex reimburses $75 for headset)
- High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not an option)
- Webcam and ability to appear on camera for meetings and trainings
