Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and logistics management systems.

Verify and cross-check shipping details, invoices, and delivery information to ensure correctness.

Assist in tracking shipments and updating relevant stakeholders with timely status reports.

Support the logistics team with administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and recordkeeping.

Collaborate with operations staff to identify and resolve data discrepancies.

Adhere to company data protection and confidentiality policies at all times.

- Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is a plus).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Basic understanding of logistics or supply chain operations preferred.

- Working Hours

Standard office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
