Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis. As a key member of our Customer Service department, you'll provide administrative support, manage customer communications, and ensure seamless order tracking and processing. Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Support Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the Customer Service department, including data entry, order tracking, and report processing
  • Managing customer communications through email and phone, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of inquiries and issues
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our database, ensuring data integrity and consistency
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Processing reports and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Performing other related tasks as required to support the success of our Customer Service department

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar administrative or customer service role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Compensation and Benefits
