Your Role

As a Customer Success Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed our parent-clients' expectations. You'll be the go-to resource for our customers, providing timely support, consultation, and guidance to ensure their needs are met effectively. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for parent-clients, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Fostering long-lasting relationships with parents and students, delivering exceptional service that builds trust and satisfaction.
  • Addressing parent questions or concerns, ensuring that parent and student needs are met effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Serving as the primary contact for potential customers, answering questions, and providing support and consultation via WeChat, email, and phone calls.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

* Previous customer service or customer-facing experience is highly desired.

  • Passion for learning and excitement to grow by tackling challenges head-on within a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
  • Quick and clear in communication, with a knack for timely responses.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential.

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or customer-facing roles.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the education technology industry.

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Experience with WeChat, email, and phone support.
  • Strong understanding of customer success principles and practices.
