Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a bilingual environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Experience with CRM systems and other customer support software.
