Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Previous experience in customer service or live chat support is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of inquiries, staying calm and composed under pressure.
