Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through:
- Answering customer calls and resolving issues in a professional and decisive manner.
- Building sales experience by upselling additional services to customers who are looking to enhance their outdoor living space.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products and services.

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED): Equivalent to one year of related experience and/or training.
- Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school: Preferred but not required.
