We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as an e-Service Chat Support specialist. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, contractors, and business partners through inbound and outbound electronic communication. Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers, contractors, and/or business partners via electronic communication (e.g., chat, email, or messaging apps) according to all policies, procedures, and contract coverage
  • Explaining and upholding contract coverage to customers and/or contractors
  • Following up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved
  • Maintaining current knowledge of all policies, procedures, programs, and completing required continuing education courses
  • May assume other duties as assigned

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service through electronic communication channels

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

* Minimum Education, Licensure, and Professional Certification requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

  • Minimum Experience required: 1+ years of experience preferred
  • Required Skills:

+ Computer literacy + Problem-solving and decision-making + Attention to detail + Multi-tasking + Adaptability in a fast-paced environment

  • Preferred Skills:

+ Customer service experience and/or training

Essential Functions:

* Ability to be on video call as required during working hours

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
