Key Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Specialist – Community Moderator, you'll be responsible for:

• Moderating the chat of arenaflex's official Discord server, ensuring a positive and respectful environment for all users
• Deleting messages that violate our community guidelines and rules
• Banning users who repeatedly break our rules and guidelines
• Muting users who have violated our community standards
• Investigating reports made by users about potential rule violations
• Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective community management strategies
• Providing excellent customer service and support to users, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• To be at least 18 years old
• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Familiarity with Discord and community management principles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
