About the Role
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. You'll be responsible for operating data entry devices, such as keyboards and computers, to verify and input critical data. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in maintaining the high standards of data quality that we strive for.
Responsibilities
* Read source documents (e.g., canceled checks, sales reports, bills) and accurately enter data into specified fields or onto storage devices.
- Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data prior to entry.
- Identify and correct data entry errors, reporting issues to supervisors as necessary.
- Compare entered data with source documents to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Data Verification: Verify the accuracy of data prior to entry, identifying and correcting errors as necessary.

Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED required.
- 5+ years of related experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Capable of accurately documenting and recording customer/client information.
