Experienced Full Stack Business Analyst – Forecasting and Data-Driven Decision Making

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for leading the charge in managing the forecasting process for assigned business lines, encouraging collaboration, streamlining business cycles, and capturing stakeholder needs. You'll also be responsible for proactively identifying opportunities for business improvement, process streamlining, and automation while executing data-driven process upgrades to enhance existing work processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the forecasting process for assigned business lines, ensuring alignment with growth and agility targets

• Encourage collaboration, streamline business cycles, and capture stakeholder needs across various workstreams
• Proactively identify opportunities for business improvement, process streamlining, and automation
• Execute data-driven process upgrades to enhance existing work processes
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and technical teams

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, mathematics)

• 3+ years of experience in a senior business analyst or similar role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improvement
• Strong expertise in SQL, with experience in planning, executing, and executing data-driven projects
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, product managers, and technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, mathematics)

• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools, such as Jira or Asana
• Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure
