Your Role in arenaflex

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, you'll be responsible for providing world-class support to our customers through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values in every interaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information on arenaflex products and services
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to senior team members or management
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of financial services experience or banking experience

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services

Work from Home Requirements

* Reliable private internet connection (not supplied by cellular data or hotspot)

  • Secure home office environment free from background noise and distractions
  • Private network with password protection and ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
  • Internet service provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
  • ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred
