Job Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Customer Experience Strategic Support Analyst to join our team in a remote, phone, and live support role. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for resolving complex customer issues, providing strategic support, and driving business growth through data-driven insights and recommendations. Key Responsibilities

* Resolve complex customer issues through phone, email, and live chat support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer complaints and concerns

  • Provide strategic support to customers, including custom clearance, air and sea shipments, and other logistics-related services
  • Analyze customer and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and develop data-driven insights and recommendations to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, and customer service teams, to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regular communication, issue resolution, and proactive support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improve customer experiences

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as logistics, transportation, business, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, including customer service, sales, or account management
  • Proven track record of resolving complex customer issues and driving business growth through data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights and recommendations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in logistics and transportation, including customs clearance, air and sea shipments, and other logistics-related services

  • Certification in customs brokerage, such as the Certified Customs Broker (CCB) or the Certified Import Specialist (CIS)
  • Experience with logistics and transportation software, including transportation management systems (TMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices, including customs regulations, transportation laws, and industry standards
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, including data visualization tools and techniques
