Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced full stack data engineer to join our team in Los Gatos, California, or remotely in the US. As a data engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining large-scale data systems that support our business operations. You'll work closely with our data science team to develop data models, create data visualizations, and implement data pipelines that drive business insights.
Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data solutions
- Work closely with data scientists to develop and deploy machine learning models
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in data engineering
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on large-scale data systems
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Scala, Python, or C++
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing, and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of data security, data governance, and data quality principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or GCP
- Familiarity with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or Flink
- Experience with data streaming technologies, such as Kafka or Flume
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks
- Certification in data engineering or related field
