The Role
As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be responsible for assisting the transformation and innovation of our VOC methodology, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of our VOC strategy, leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, and data visualization techniques to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs, ensuring seamless integration with our VOC methodology.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Voice of the Customer methods, leveraging this knowledge to inform and transform data within our Cornerstone Large Data Platform.
- Design and build robust data model architecture to facilitate efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions.
- Develop and implement large-scale data analytics and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions that ensure data quality and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation.
- Provide guidance on optimizing competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems.
- Power customer story evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools.
- Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-stop technique.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years.
- Strong collaboration skills with dating managers/product owners to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
