Paralegal - Estate Planning
Looking for a flexible, fully remote legal role where you can own your work and make a real impact with clients? Woven Legal LLC is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal to support our growing, client-focused practice. This is not a back-office-only role-you'll be a key part of guiding clients through the entire estate planning process from intake to signing. This is a fully remote, part-time 1099 contractor position at 40 hours per month, with an hourly rate of $30. What You'll Do
In this role, you will manage estate planning matters from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for every client. Responsibilities include:
- Drafting estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, amendments)
- Reviewing client intake information and identifying missing details or planning issues
- Preparing and revising documents with strong attention to detail
- Leading draft review meetings with clients
- Coordinating and facilitating signing appointments
- Assisting clients with trust funding and follow-up
- Communicating regularly with clients to keep matters on track
- Collaborating with attorneys and team members to ensure efficient workflows
What We're Looking For
- Experience as an Estate Planning Paralegal (required)
- Strong drafting experience with wills, trusts, and related documents
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Comfortable communicating directly with clients
- Experience with WealthCounsel and/or MyCase (preferred)
- Self-starter who takes initiative and approaches work with a solutions-oriented mindset
