Full-Time Eviction Paralegal
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full-Time Eviction Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This vital role involves supporting eviction proceedings and landlord-tenant law cases through comprehensive legal research, document preparation, case management, and client communication. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, legal administrative experience, and a proactive approach to case management.
- Looking for a full-time eviction paralegal at a small law firm in Westwood near UCLA.
- Current Firm Dynamic: 3 attorneys at this firm with 4 paralegals and 2 legal secretarys
- At least 2 years of experience in eviction law is required
- Need to have knowledge of the unlawful detainer procedure from start to finish
- Position is in-office, Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, but there will be an opportunity to implement work from home days once probationary period has passed
- Opportunity to earn monthly bonuses contingent on billable hours
- Looking for someone self-sufficient and able to multi-task as you will be handling at least 30 eviction cases at a time
