Telecommunications Patent Attorney - Mid Level Associate

Procopio is seeking to hire a mid-level Patent Attorney to join our highly-skilled and growing Intellectual Property Team. Eligible candidates will have at least 3-6 years of significant experience in Patent Prep & Pros work. Candidates must be highly skilled in technology and wireless communications and have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or related discipline. This position requires both state bar admission (California bar preferred, but not required) and USPTO bar admission. Excellent undergrad academic credentials required. Candidates will be expected to work effectively in a team-oriented culture and with professionalism, attention to detail and the ability to adapt quickly. Out-of-state candidates may be considered, relocation may not be required. Typical salary range is from $150,000 to $200,000 depending on your volume of work. This role is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, bringing the potential total compensation range to $200,000–$280,000 annually.
