About the Role
We are hiring a Junior Finance & Risk Analyst to support research, analysis, and content development focused on financial services risk, cybersecurity awareness, fraud patterns, compliance topics, and operational risk issues. This is an entry-level remote role for someone who can think clearly, write well in English, research thoroughly, and turn complex information into structured and useful outputs. You will work across finance-related risk topics and help support the development of high-quality training and educational materials. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career candidate who is interested in finance, risk, cybersecurity, compliance, fraud prevention, and business research. What You’ll Do
- Research finance and risk topics relevant to banks, investment firms, insurers, fintech companies, and corporate finance teams
- Analyze public cases, threat patterns, fraud events, and operational risk scenarios affecting financial organizations
- Support the development of structured content, learning materials, internal research documents, and role-based training content
- Help draft, review, and improve written materials for clarity, logic, accuracy, and business relevance
- Organize source material, reference notes, and research inputs across ongoing projects
- Support content updates and publishing workflows across internal systems and learning platforms
- Work directly with feedback, revise quickly, and maintain a high standard of detail and consistency
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience or a strong academic background in finance, economics, business, risk, audit, compliance, cybersecurity, or a related field
- Strong written English
- Strong research, analytical thinking, and information synthesis skills
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly and logically
- High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Genuine interest in finance, risk, fraud, compliance, and cybersecurity
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with financial services, corporate finance, accounting, banking, insurance, or fintech environments
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as phishing, social engineering, access control, data protection, or insider risk
- Exposure to regulatory, compliance, or operational risk topics
- Experience with research writing, structured documentation, training content, or educational material
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, Notion, CMS platforms, or Thinkific
