What You’ll Do

• Learn how to originate residential mortgage loans (Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo)
• Analyze borrower financials including income, assets, and credit
• Educate clients on loan options and guide them from pre-approval through closing
• Build relationships with real estate professionals and referral partners
• Manage loan applications using modern CRM and mortgage automation tools
• Work closely with processors, underwriters, and closers to ensure smooth closings
• Maintain compliance with federal and state mortgage regulations (training provided)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in:
• Finance
• Business Administration
• Economics
• Accounting
• Real Estate or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
• Comfort working in a performance-based environment
• Interest in sales, finance, and relationship building
• NMLS license required or willingness to obtain (company guidance provided) 5 week training process and pass the Safe Mortgage Loan Officer Exam
• Must pass credit and background check and meet licensing requirements

No prior mortgage experience required. We train the right candidates.
