Responsibilities
- Evaluate and underwrite contract surety risks in accordance with company guidelines and standards.
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to assess risk and determine appropriate terms and conditions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents, brokers, and clients to support business growth and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to underwriting policies.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract surety underwriting.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, credit evaluation, and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proven ability to work independently and make sound underwriting decisions.
