Key Responsibilities:

  • * Provide HR advisory services to clients on matters such as employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
  • * Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to meet client objectives.
  • * Stay updated on relevant legislation and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • * Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • * Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • * Proven experience in payroll administration and HR consulting.
  • * Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
