Bookkeeper and AI Wizard

Remote 1099 Part Time Flexible approximately 5 to 10 hours per week Must be able to set up, manage and supervise an AI agent for bookkeeping Must have experience with Open Claw, Perplexity or similar AI agents Must have experience with Claude or LLM insofar as needed to set up the AI agent Must have an understanding of OPEX, COGS and Accrual Accounting Se Habla Español (optional) Seeking a solution. You must be either a part-time Bookkeeper able to set up and manage the AI agent with LLM for our day-to-day accounting and financial workflows. Or an AI wizard with an understanding of bookkeeping. This role is ideal for someone who is good with AI agents and LLM data compilers and understands enough accounting to categorize transactions as operating expenses and cost of goods sold. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently to show completed work product each month to a well-organized leadership team. You'll work closely with the leadership to keep books accurate, run critical reports, and ensure monthly statements are completed correctly. Bookkeeping, Financial Operations & Reporting

• Set up, create and utilize AI-powered tools to automate routine bookkeeping tasks, enhance data accuracy, and generate insightful financial reports.
• Update homegrown internal systems with data compiled by AI to support leadership and continual financial reviews
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records including COGS
• Assist the CFO by generating monthly bookkeeping data and preparing financial summaries.
• Operating expense ledger, management & reconciliation
• General ledger management, prepare and process journal entries, accounts payable and receivable transactions, and payroll entries with meticulous attention to detail

Other potential tasks include Billing & Accounts Receivable, Commissions & Sales Support depending on the set up of the AI system and workflows. This role can be parlayed into greater responsibility and/or a full-time role.

Qualifications

It is more important to be able to get this project up and running with accurate results, than any specific qualification. If you are stronger with AI and have basic bookkeeping knowledge, send your resume. If you have no understanding of what COGS are and have never used an AI agent you won’t likely be a fit. Must be able to use Open Claw, Perplexity or similar AI agents to set up an AI bookkeeping agent to gather the information Must have experience with Claude, Chatgpt, Gemini or other LLM to compile the information into ledger, financial statements and reporting Must have an understanding of COGS and Accrual Accounting If residing in US must be Legally Authorized to Work in the USA. If applying from Overseas must be able to bill and be paid without incurring large transaction costs be it paypal, zelle or similar. Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour Application Question(s)
