Recruiter, Early Talent, University, New Grad
Job Description:
- Partner with hiring managers across Engineering to build targeted hiring strategies and attract top early career talent
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities—leading interviews, facilitating offers, and overseeing intern programs
- Act as a Whatnot brand ambassador at university, campus, and early career events, *travel required at campus peak times*
• Iterate on candidate feedback
- Build long-term relationships with high-potential candidates by understanding their motivations
- Juggle a variety of openings at once.
- Emphasize diversity.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with full cycle early career recruiting in high-growth startups within campus, university, higher education, career services, or related high volume recruiting spaces
- You have experience hiring Early Talent across technical roles
- You know how to recruit in different global markets
- You’re a creative problem solver
- You take ownership and move fast
- You know how to craft standout candidate experiences
- You’re data-literate
- You are a champion for diversity hiring & inclusive interview practices
